  • 1 Rubber Spatula
  • 1 Dry Measuring Cups
  • 1 Measuring Spoons



  • In small bowl, mix together yogurt and protein powder until well incorporated, no lumps.
  • Layer yogurt mixture with berries, granola and nuts in serving dish, jar of choice.
  • Enjoy immediately or place in fridge until ready to eat – even overnight.
  • Yummy at home or on the go.



The possibilities are endless to make this your own. Add a splash of extra vanilla, 1T of cocoa powder and/or a small pinch of cinnamon/spice of your choice to the yogurt mixture. Using ball jars and lids makes this portable and great for meal prep
