- Blender (Nutri-bullet) One powerful enough to crush ice.
- Measuring Spoons Dry & Liquid
- Rubber Spatula
- Serving Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop M3-Supplements Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (This is the only brand I use or recommend)
- 2 T. PB2 (I like the organic - Amazon)
- 1 T. Cocoa Powder
- 8 oz. Almond Milk (I use Califia Farms Organic, only 3 clean ingredients)
- 1 c. Ice
- 1 T. Whipped Cream Optional
- 1 t. Chocolate Sauce Optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients through ice into blender cup.
- Blend on high speed for 1-1:30 minutes.
- Pour into serving glass.
- Optional - Top with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce.
