Equipment

  • Blender (Nutri-bullet) One powerful enough to crush ice.
  • Measuring Spoons Dry & Liquid
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Serving Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop M3-Supplements Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (This is the only brand I use or recommend)
  • 2 T. PB2 (I like the organic - Amazon)
  • 1 T. Cocoa Powder
  • 8 oz. Almond Milk (I use Califia Farms Organic, only 3 clean ingredients)
  • 1 c. Ice
  • 1 T. Whipped Cream Optional
  • 1 t. Chocolate Sauce Optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients through ice into blender cup.
  • Blend on high speed for 1-1:30 minutes.
  • Pour into serving glass.
  • Optional - Top with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce.
  • ENJOY!
