Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
(Not quick cook)

(or Maple Syrup)

(or coconut oil or grass-fed butter/ghee)

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 300℉ - Place oven rack on lower 3rd of the oven.
Mix together oats, and spices.
In a small saucepan heat up water, sweetener, juice, and butter/ghee.
Pour over oats and mix thoroughly.
Line sheet tray with parchment paper, and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Spread oat mixture onto parchment paper, making sure to not leave stray oats. (they will burn)
Place in oven, bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping and breaking oat mixture into chunks with metal spatula every 10 minutes
30 minutes – More chewy granola, 40 minutes crispy.
Allow to cook completely, store in an airtight container for up to one week.
Add nuts and/or dried fruit of choice when ready to serve.
ENJOY with yogurt and fruit, over ice cream, or just a handful as a quick snack!
